- The impact of technological advances is not less important is the existence of a tool that can help reduce and alleviate human casualties and material losses in the event of a fire at a house that is with a tool that can detect smoke (which indicates the occurrence of fire) in a house. Use this tool more necessary, with the increasing complexity of human work factors and high fire occurrence.In this paper discussed how to design a system of monitoring or detection in a home where there is smoke, which indicates a fire by using a microcontroller. Microcontroller via a serial modem in the system to provide information to homeowners, through a short message (SMS) to mobile phones such homeowners. And the homeowner can turn the alarm via text behind.
