However, the increasing use of electronic equipment in society also led to an increase in electrical energy consumption. This was considered to the supply from the power plant.
Energy audit in the building was conducted by using the walking audit method to determine the profile of energy use and te energy savings opportunity to improve energy efficiency in UMM INN building in accordance with the regulation established by the ASEAN – USAID and Indonesia National Standard (SNI) 03-6197-2000.
The result of the energy audit analysis revealed that the Energy Use Intensity (EUI) valve of UMM INN building was 328,36 kWh/m2, which was higher than the ASEAN – USAID standard 300 kWh/m2. This was because the majority of the illumination did not meet the illumination standards recommended in SNI 03 – 6197 – 2000, Conservation in Lighting System.</description><date>2014</date><type>Thesis:Thesis</type><type>PeerReview:NonPeerReviewed</type><identifier> Assaury, Mc.
