  • In this final project ,design and manufacture of robotic vacuum cleaner systems include the following explanation of the design of the hardware (hardware) and software design (software). Hardware design includes an electronic circuit consisting of a string of power supply ,micro controller circuit using IC, motor control circuit ( motor driver ), and a series of limit switches. And to facilitate the making of tools.In planning tool that will be created dimensions 24cm diameter and 20cm high by using a specific algorithm in the program on the robot ,the robot will clean up all the places in the room that has been determined .It is also important planning tool manufacture in block diagram form and design of the robot such as the following. Robot vacuum cleaners are made using AVR microcontroller MK 128.In addition to running the robot itself also has a sensor SRF04 on 3 sides ,in front and to the right and left so that it would automatically avoid large objects such as chair legs, table legs or walls to prevent impact.Motor be in sync with the wheel omny wheel so that the robot can move in any direction without changing all robot body or bodies robot.On inputs block diagram of the robot consists of : gyro sensor,3 SRF04,Push buttons,Key pad and outputs to the robot consists of: Lcd,relay driver (Vacuum cleaner) and servo motor countinus (Omni wheel).
