  • Demand for energy is increasing in line with the increasing human needs. With the depletion of energy source so much do various kinds use of new energy sources, one of which is water energy that can be used as a power source or PLTMH (micro hydro power plant). In the construction of micro hydro power plant located on the choice of the main components of the turbine and generator. In this study will be discussed about modeling of dynamic system simulation of turbine by using Matlab Simulink. To obtain the characteristics of the modeling that we have made, we examine the modeling by providing a test signal like step input and ramp input. Values obtained in the step input rise time of 4.5 second with steady state that is worth very little. As for the ramp input shows a smaller time constant, the steady state error will be larger.
