  • Employees (teacher) requirement have high achievement to motivated with job situation which full of emulation and challenge, on the contrary people having requirement of low achievement under-performing in is same the job. They are with high achievement motivation of different of others in desire of their strength to conduct things eminently. They look for opportunities where they have personal responsibility in finding answers to problems. Motivate, requirement, or motivation make someone of that behavioral. Attitude to a behavior influenced by confidence that the behavior will lead into wanted result or not be wanted. This research is a quantitative research. Subject of this research counted 40 people, where taken away from teacher of elementary school in Central Banjarmasin of Banjarmasin Town. The Method of data collecting by using scale. Validity test use correlation of product moment, test reliabilities use analysis of alpha. Data analysis is using the correlation of product moment. From this research result can be concluded that there is positive relation between attitude learn at sertifikasi program with motivation have achievement with correlation (r) equal to 0,383 and mistake probability value (p) equal to 0,015. matter this means positive progressively attitude learn SD Banjarmasin sertifikasi program hence motivation have achievement will higher. As for effective contribution of attitude learn at sertifikasi program with motivation has achievement to equal to 14,7%.
