- At the planning stage of development, all aspects related to the building has been made a model that aim to facilitate the development and to know the needs and the planning. This planning includes the building to form the electrical load on the building there will. Electrical load is the load that is planned with the aim that the electricity supply is not smaller than the loads. So that electrical lads distribution can be maintained to meat time the building has been in operation. Balance load among the three phases must be balanced according to the theory. But, in fact rarely even almost no electrical installations in buildings that have a load balance. This is due to several factors such as load that different kind of load installation on each phase. This problem does not cover the possibility of on GKB I electrical installation which become lecture and office room. So, this should do collect the load data burden on the electricity used to be known of GKB I electrocal load each phase. Research result, found that the installation of the electrical load GKB I electrical installation is not balanced. So, may caouse on electrical current flowing through neutral channel. The result of measurement carried out in PHB obtained a low power factor value on the channel phase R and T, while the channel phase S power factor value is very good.
