  • The research was done at PR. HF. Prima Malang. The research aimed to find out direct financial compensation and indirect financial compensation to employee, find out the satisfaction level of employee, find out whether direct financial compensation and indirect financial compensation had significant influence to employee work satisfaction and also find out which financial compensation variable had the most influence to employee performance of PR. HF. Prima Malang. Analytical tool used in this research was multiple linear regression, while F test and t test to find out significant influence of direct financial compensation and indirect financial compensation to employee work satisfaction from production department of PR. HF. Prima Malang. While to test the questionnaire, the writer used validity test and reliability test. Result of multiple linear regression found that direct financial compensation and indirect financial compensation to employee work satisfaction of PR HF Prima Malang with coefficient determination R2 0,357 or 35,7% with Fcount value 18,31 > Ftable 3,14 so that Ho was rejected and H1 was accepted, means that direct financial compensation variable and indirect financial compensation had significant influence to employee of PR HF Prima Malang and from t test analysis, there found t ¬count X1 1,949 > ttable 1,668
