- In the industrial world the most famous and widely used controllers are PID controllers. Most people chose this controller because it can provide better system response. But sometimes the controlled system does not always work according to the desired performance due to the influence of external factors, such as load. In the DC motor, giving the load will reduce the speed of rotary motor. Motor response that already had a good performance because of the PID controller will be unstable again when given load. Therefore we need a controller which can adapt intelligently respond to changes that occur in the system so that stability is maintained according to the response we want. At this final project designed an adaptive controller that can respond to load changes due to administration of the system. Because the controllers are widely used in industry is the chosen PID controller PID controller with adaptive fuzzy logic controllers as its algorithm .With DC motor response will be more stable when a given load, when compared with PID control only. Because the indirect system can adapt and adjust to the changes that it receives.
