- Meat is one food that is consumed by many people. In the meat processing there are two ways to make tender meat that is pounded and cut way. At the end of this task using ground, microcontroller-based system of meat pounder makes it easier to pound the meat in the works. This tool uses a CMOS microcontroller AT89S51 is an 8 bit microcomputer with 4Kbyte Flash "and Erasable Programable Read Only Memory" (PEROM) tech non-volatile memory (memory contents are not lost when power supply voltage is turned off) as the primary control. Not only that, there is also a timer as a long grind and conductivity sensors to determine moisture content in meat such data will be displayed through the LCD and for the programming language using an assembler language.
