- The packaging is a coordinated system of preparing goods to be ready to be transported, distributed, stored, sold and used. The existence of a container or wrapper may help prevent or reduce damage, protect the product is in it, to protect from the dangers of pollution and physical disturbance (friction, impact, vibration). In addition, packaging serves to put a result of processing or industrial products that have forms that facilitate the storage, transportation and distribution. Soy milk packaging tool that is designed in this thesis can be made to the packaging process automatically with gearbox DC motor drive and the 8535 microcontroller ATMega organize and process data from sensors and limit switches displayed on the LCD. Soy milk packaging tool is moved using DC motor speed gearbox with 35 Rpm. to obtain the rotation of the motor 35 Rpm 1400 Rpm carried out using reduser which has a ratio of 1: 40 the next round out of reduser is: i = n2/n1 = 1400/40 = 35 rpm. On Soy Milk Packaging Systems ATMega 8535-Based Microcontroller using C as the programming language (Code Vision AVR).
