- Filtering frequency or filter and controlling quality filter nowadays has developed in the system analog digital in a chip integrated, leave predecessor god the analogous chastely having large dimensions. Filters in the system of voice communications and electric wave is absolutely essential to get the accuracy of data, given the many external factors that affect the internal or a frequency. With the technology of latest FPGA it is FPAA some a filter active may be formed by easy and fast, with the help of a programming tool Anadigm Designers. Here a filter that can be formed include: Chebyshev filter, Butterworth filter, Bessel filter and Elliptic filter. The fourth filter has advantages and disadvantages of each. In previous research (Mahmud,2005: 90-97) already created Butterworth filter, but this filter has one disadvantage, namely the level of the oscillations to reach stable conditions cannot be set. In the meantime (Andreas Antoniouo, 1993: 26) in his book mentions that the Chebyshev filter has a value of passband edge (P) by 1 radian/second. This has resulted in this being able to set the filter level oscillations that occur when certain frequencies will be passed the value of. It is not owned by any other type of filter (Butterworth and Bessel). So in this research plan we will create a Chebyshev filter in a single chip IC (Integrated Circuit).
