  • This study was conducted to analyze the influence of bagasse ash utilization as filler with a variation of the collision of the value characteristics of asphalt concrete mixtures. Filler used is ash bagasse from PT. PG Rajawali 1 unit. New Krebet, District Lawang, Malang. Characteristics mix includes grades Stability, Marshall Quotient, Film Thickness and Air Void. Testing the characteristics of aggregate, filler and bitumen done before making the Marshall specimen to determine whether the material has been qualified or not as material asphalt mixture. The first experiment was conducted to analyze characteristics of the mix, as well as the determination of optimum bitumen content. The second experiment was carried out by utilizing the addition of 9 % bagasse ash as filler with a variation of compaction 50, 75, 100, 125, 150 collisions. The results showed that the value of the test characteristics of bagasse ash variation collision with eligible if used as a mixture of asphalt concrete as tested using a Marshall. In general, the addition of 9 % bagasse ash and several variations of collisions obtained the optimum number of collisions with 75 collisions at the highest stability value addition of bagasse ash 9 % with the Stability value (1217,80 kg), Marshall Quotient (4,71 kN/mm), Film Thickness (8,52 mm) and Volume Air Voids (4,41 %).
