- The development of Rusunawa Kedung Kandang Malang with precast system construction is more profitable because it is considered as faster, cheaper and more efficient than conventional system construction. It is, therefore, important to do reengineering against the existing precast components such as plate, beam, column and connection. Plate consists of precast plate and over topping. Thickness of precast plate is 7 cm while that of over topping is 5 cm. The diameter of reinforce used in the precast plate is ̃ 12-50 and that used in overt opping is ̃ 10-100. The divide reinforce has diameter ̃ 8-100. The dimension of beam is 250 x 450 with conditions that the reinforce for upper footing is 4 D 19 while for lower footing is 3 D 19. Diameter of crossbar is ̃ 10-100. The dimension of column is 300 x 500 equipped with conditions of reinforce 8 D 19 and crossbar diameter ̃ 10-100. The connection from plate to beam is positioned with plate supporting the beam 4 cm. The length of reinforce channeling from plate to beam is 150 mm. The joint from beam to column is realized with beam supporting the column 4 cm. The length of reinforce channeling from beam to column is 200 mm. The connection between columns is type of take-off column connection, and the length of reinforce channeling of the column is 990 mm. Shear wall is planned using 2-layers reinforcement with reinforce 2 D 16 – 100 mm from Floor 1-5.
