- Abdul Rachman Saleh airport in Malang is the airport located at the Pakis, Kabupaten Malang, East Java. Passenger Service System (Passenger Handling System) at the airport still need to be improved, especially in terminal passenger which is very crowded despite this airport is operated for 1 year. To predict the arrival of passengers using the linear regression method. From the analysis in 2013, the number of passengers is 608.981 inhabitant. So, prediction for 2017 is 944.357 inhabitant with 4 channel, service time 2.00 minutes/passenger and wait time 0.18 minutes. Then in 2017 with the assumption that service time is enough to serve the passenger flow will occur in 2017.
