- Construction Management or Project Management is an activity planning, organizing, directing and controlling the resources in men, money, time, technology and materials to achieve the goals that have been defined and clearly defined, as efficiently as possible. Cost is the total expenditure needed for a construction project from the early stages of implementation to the project was completed. Length of time is the number of days required to complete a construction project. Human Resources is the number of workers needed to complete a construction project. The project, a case study in this thesis is the construction of Building Gods Bali TV. The building site has a land area of 1279.68 m2. From calculations based on the cost of materials analysis unit price of Bali in fiscal year 2012 earned a total cost of Rp. 10,148,828,998.00 (not including VAT 10%). Results of the calculation of the duration of time shows that the planning of the project can be completed 167 days. The analysis shows that setting up and putting human resources in order to avoid large-scale fluctuations is to flatten the use of labor (recource leveling), by shifting the schedule of work that has float in such a way that does not interfere with the completion of the overall project. From these calculations it appears that the human resources that should pay as much as 1374 for 167 days of project work.
