- Hydrologic analysis is an important step in water resources development activities, therefore the output of the general hydrological analysis will determine the direction of water resources development strategy is a comprehensive and narrower scale will determine the dimensions and characteristics infrastructure required. Assessments of hydrology is not really difficult when the data for analysis purposes are available in sufficient quantity and quality. Classic problem in developing countries, including Indonesia, availability river flow data series is quite a separate issue, so it must be done in a way completion of the project over the vagaries climate variables into variable flow. So far it has been developed a conceptual model, of course each to own advantages and disadvantages because basically these models develop according to local hydrological conditions. All models are basically develop of the same basic concept, ie the hydrological cycle. The basic thing that distinguishes is how to interpret the process began to rain until becoming flow. Research is an effort to determine the performance of deterministic models FJ Mock, Nreca, and Tank Model and can explain comparison of performance levels in the DAM Umbul. Research results on DAM Umbul models showed that the tanks were able to present climate data relationships and data flow of the river very well. In this study, the RMSE values obtained Nreca 3,353 m3/second models, models of the FJ Mock 16.870m3/second, and 2.051 m3/second for Model Tank.
