- Terminal is the point at which passengers or goods in and out of the system which is an important component in the system transportation. The terminal is not only a functional component in the system, but also often a costly infrastructure besar. Sejalan with population growth then increased, so did the role of public transport in their daily lives to help and do the activity. To increase traffic smoothness in Tulungagung needs to be done to facilitate the activity pattern to move passenger and freight, by providing adequate terminal infrastructure, this study aims to evaluate the level of service at the current terminal (existing) and for the 5 years to come, level Bulletin terminal services: a) bus: traffic intensity (ρ) = 0.28, - average number of vehicles in the system (n ̅) = 0.39 bus, Calculating time average in the system (d ̅) = d ̅ = 0.41 hours, Calculating average waiting time the average in the system (w ̅) = 0.17 hours, long queues Calculating average in the system (q ̅) = 0.32 Calculating bus headway average (h ̅) = 0.55 hours = 33 minutes. b) Minibus: traffic intensity (ρ) = 0.14, number of vehicles in the system bus n ̅ = 0.16, Average Time the average vehicle in the system d ̅ = 0.27 hours, average waiting time - the average in the system w ̅ = 0.04 hours, average queue length - the average in the system (q ̅) ̅ = 0.02 bus, Headway Average=1.67hours.
