- Education is a very important for human being. Education should be related to every aspect of human life that use to increase the quality and give chance for students to creativity and study in order to be better. To reach the purpose in formal education, success of education depend on study activities between teachers and students. Teacher is profession that should be support and try to understand some knowledge. Professional teacher is teacher that to do the job all the mind, time, and power. The research of method use in this study is descriptive qualitative. In this study, the writer use observation, interview, questionnaire, and document. Subyec of this research is all of the mathematics teachers in SMAN 02 Batu. Technical of data used in this study is Triangular technical that use source and method. Based on the result of this research consist of three steps, they are Introduction, Discussion, and Conclusion
