- One factor was the inspiration for modeling hydrological models especially rainfall data transformation into the data flow is the flow measurement data limitations. Sugawara Tank Model is one model of the concept that the flow of rain water into the river in the analogy as a flow through a series of tanks. In approach tank model using 3 until 4 pieces that can be arranged series tanks. The process simulation modeling will result parameters or coefficients model tank at a watershed being modeled. In this model there are four tanks composition series 17 parameters to be determined and it is not an easy job. So to overcome this problem to be optimized to obtain the optimal parameters that can represent sautu modeled watershed. In the Genetic Algorithm optimization process is used that shows the effectiveness and speed in determining the parameters. In testing indigo generation 300 obtained root mean square error (RMSE) on DAS Wonorejo 0.1288 m3/and DAS Konto 0.3150 m3/detik for analysis on two watersheds showed models with four tanks tank arrangement can present series of climate data and relationships anatara water discharge produces the excellent performance.
