- The property is growing fastly with a concrete as the raw material,that mean the emission of concrete production it would be increasing too, therefore the electricity load increases like the effect from construction activity, then the electricity needed is adding in the process construction. It makes the rubbish from electric corporation rising,in this moment is the fly ash from PLTU. It needed the experiment is continuing to find out a great way to change fly ash rubbish to be an useful material and the finally can decreasing the environment pollute. PLTu Tanjung Jati B Jepara concerns to experimenting and repairing about physic and chemistry character of fly ash tobe a formula to replace concrete material. The sintesis technique both of flyash and NaOH 5M by refluks methods on the 1000C temperature.Why must fly ashbecause the fly ash have pozzolan quality which suitable to replace the concrete material. The observe of physic and softly standard of the fly ash and done the treatment process the result are 3.4% decrease and 9% increase for absorb water on the normally consistency. The character chemistry reported Al & Si elements decrease (1-2%) while Fe element increases on 5.8% whereas Ca element is stagnant after difraksi X-ray (XRD)done. That circumstance has influence the content of the SiO2 and AI65i2O13 dominated of flyash 78.68% decreasing to 17.62% after treatment process. Reactive test did to get the amount of amorf structure that adding is 6.25% after treatment process done. Silica dominance unsure of fly ash has reactive character when in silica amorf shape. Because the surface it has space and the water can entrance easily in the ions chain for bunch the calcium ion as the result of concrete reaction, so the concrete hydrate to be more perfect and the making process of fly ash and can be filtering for the surface contact area. Comparison crystal shape, the addition are causing fly ash be more reactive after have treatment process. Hopefully flyash treatment result can replace cement on the making a concrete after refluks treatment process done.
