- Inter-City Transport in the province (AKDP) particular bus route Surabaya-Kediri economy played a major role in organizing the public transport of passengers and one of the efforts to achieve success in the field of transportation. Public transport is part of the passenger transport is one requirement for people who travel in the Inter-City Province (AKDP), but if not handled properly in terms of the application of a proportional rate it will cause a problem. The evaluation aims to determine the vehicle operating cost (VOC) average bus route Surabaya-Kediri economy and to find out how big the appropriate rate based on the BOK for bus Surabaya–Kediri. The method used is to adopt the Director General of Land Transportation Decree No. SK.687/AJ.206/DRJD/2002 on Technical Guidelines for Public Passenger Transport Operator region Urban Fixed Route and Regular . The results obtained BOK PO Hasti Rp 272.374.536/knd/tahun or Rp 872.995/knd/hari and to PO Baruna Rp. 273.573.800/knd/tahun or Rp 876.839/knd/hari, and get the results of calculations at a rate of Rp 13.400/pnp to PO Hasti and PO Baruna.
