- Liquid organic fertilizer from organic waste extracts contain more than one nutrient which can provide nutrients based on plants needed. The efficiency of liquid organic fertilizer toward plant depending on the type of plant. The effect of concentration of liquid fertilizer organic waste will be tested on three varieties of mustard plants (Brassica rapa L.) where it has been known by the people of Indonesia and has economic value as well as a source of community nutrition. This study aims to determine the effect of liquid fertilizer organic wastes and to find the best concentration in some varieties of mustard plants. This research was conducted at the screen house of FPP experimental field of UMM in Tegal Gondowith altitude ± 550 m above sea level on January until February 2014. This research used a randomized block design with two factors. The first factor: varieties of mustard plants (V) consists of Pak Choy Green (V1), Pak Choy White (V2), Pak Choy F1 hybrid Ayu (V3). The second factor: the concentration of liquid organic fertilizer (K) consists of 0 ml / l of water; 25 ml / l of water; 35 ml / l of water; 45 ml / l of water. The treatment group was repeated 3 times with a combination of treatments 12 variations which each of it 5 samples required plant 180 plants. Observations on the nutrient content of organic liquid fertilizers, plant media, media after planting and observations on the growth of mustard plants include: plant height, number of leaves, leaf area, leaf chlorophyll content, stump diameter, fresh weight of plants, dry weight of plants. The results showed the variety and concentration of liquid organic fertilizer were happened very real intraksi leaf age at observation number 21, 26 HST, leaf laus age 16, 21 HST, content of leaf chlorophyll age is 16HST, diameter and interact real hump on extensive observation of the leaves age 11 HST and fresh weight tanaman. Varietas mustard plant which have good growth are varieties Pak Choy White (V2) and F1 hybrid Ayu Pak Choy (V3). Concentration of 25 ml / l of water showed better growth than the mustard other treatments.
