  • This research aims to study and determine te effect of increasing doses of Bradyrhizobium japonicum and mycorrhizae in soil drougth on the growth and yield of soybean (Glycine max L.). This research was conducted at Dr. Ir. Saidatul Idiyah’s green house to study Bradyrhizobium japonicum and mycorrhizae doses in dryed land, by using randomized block design with two factors. Firstly, to become mportant space, is dried up (K0) which consists of 3 different levels of treatment, field capacity (1000 ml), 1⁄2 field capacity (500 ml) and 1⁄4 field capacity (250 ml) and the secondary space is Bradyrhizobium japonicum and mycorrhizae Tablets (BM), which consists of 4 different levels of treatment, namely Bradyrhizobium japonicum and without mycorrhizae tablet (BM0), Bradyrhizobium japonicum and 1 mycorrhizae tablet (BM1), Bradyrhizobium japonicum and 2 mycorrhizae tablet (BM2), Bradyrhizobium japonicum and 3 mycorrhizae tablet (BM3). Eacrh combiation treatment was repeated 3 times and each replication in earch treatment combination consist 5 plant and 2 plants backup sample. The results showed that the P content of mycorrhizae and drought treatment did not increase P content of the soil and plants. There was a significant interaction betwen drougt and mycorrhizae doses plant height the amount of leaves on 60 days after planting, amount leaf on 20 days after planting, leaf area 20 days after planting, dey weight leaf and amount noduls 40 days after planting, dey weight rod on harvest and dey weight 100 seed. Duncan at 5 % test results show that the 20 days after planting followed by increasing doses of mycorrhizae soybean growth increase in leaf area, dey weight leaf, dey weight root, and total chlorophyll, while at 20 day after planting increase in leaf area of soybean growth, dey weight stem, total chlorophyll and toal nodules, the harvest increased mycorrhize dose followed by an increase in thw growth and production of soybean dey weight leaf , dey weight trunk and all production parameters. Duncan at 5 % test results show that at 20 day after planting increase soybean drying by an increase in leaf area growth, dey weight stem and dey weight roots, while at 40 day after planting, increase soybean drying followed by an increase in the amount leaf growth, leaf area, leaf dey weight, dey weight trunk, total chlorophyll and total nodules, while at 60 day after planting increase drying followed by an increase in growth of soybean leaf area, dey weight leaf, dey weight stem and total chlorophyll, while increasing crop drying followed by an increase in the growth of soybean leaf dey weight, dey weight observation stems and all production parameters. Increased mycorrhizae dose giving up to 3 tablets (9.15 g) is getting real look at the condition of dryness until 1⁄4 spare field capacity (250ml), mycorrhizal giving rise to 3 tablets (9.15 g) increase soybean growth and production, while drought treatment until 1⁄4 field capacity (250 ml) increase growth and production of soybean.
