- The increase population and activity of Indonesian people produces huge number of waste. If we left it’s will be a threaten for health and environmental pollution. Alternative solutions is used the organic waste as a raw material for composting. The results showed that treatment number of decomposers with media composition are interaction on all variables observations. Where the observation of the number of leaves is obtained the best treatment is without decomposers with composition 55% organic waste+ 30% cow fertilizer + 15% fungal media (K2U0) with 9, 60 strands. While on the observation of wet weight yield of 45, 67 g and 4, 15 g dry weight are the combination treatment (K3U2) and number of decomposers 109 (1 liter/35 kg) with a composition of 60% organic waste + 30% cow fertilizer + 10% fungal media.
