propagation of mango (Mangifera indica L) seeds leather is one of alternative conservation with some treatment. The treatment are scarification (seeds leather peeling), filing the seeds leather with sand paper at the point of growth until part of embryos. Scarification enables water enter into the seed to start the germination. Research showed that the best stripped of mango cultivars are Podang Urang cultivars, Kopyor cultivars, Garifta Gading cultivars, Kopek cultivars, and Pasir cultivars. Stripped of seeds leather significantly influence the parameter of germination which is the best are Khastras cultivars with length of seeds is 6 MST and the trunk diameter is 6MST on soho cultivars. Mango cultivars significantly effect on growth of seeds that showed by soho cultivars with 6-11 MST length of seeds, Khastras, Saigon and Thepala cultivars with 6-11 MST the number of leaves, then Soho, Kartikia, Khastras, Madu Lumut and Saigon cultivars with 6-10 MST the trunk diameter. Average of variability value indicates a low value on the character observed, except length seed at 11 MST have highest value. Average of heritability value indicates a high value on character observed, except at the time of germination, number of embryos, number of embryos 11 MST and MST internoda dau 11 are low-value whereas the type of embryos and length of seeds are moderate value.
