- Role of the cooperative is very influential to society and members economic, one of wich is KUD "Dadi Jaya" on Purwodadi District Pasuruan Regency that has stood for 40 years. Length of an organization standing it is not guarantee to have a good performance and the members was satisfied with the services provided. Therefore the aims of the research is: 1) To know relationship business service performance of KUD to the satisfaction of members. 2) To know any business service performance that has or has not fulfill the satisfaction of members of KUD "Dadi Jaya". This research is doing with intentionally (purposive) in Purwodadi District. Sampling was doing with (Quota Sampling). Total Populations is 1.717 members and total samples is 100 members. The data was collected using a questionnaire. Analysis methods of data is using a qualitative descriptive analysis and rank sperarman correlation. Based on the answer of respondents who do not fulfill the satisfaction of members of the performance of KUD is the price of milk and the quality of animal feed (jaya feed). The calculation result of rank spearman correlation (rs) is 0,287 while the result of t test with a significance level of 0,05 resulted t arithmetic = 2,96 > t table = 1,66. It can be concluded that was a significant relationship between performance service of KUD with the satisfaction of members.
