Research done in Countryside of Ngadisari District Of Sukapura Sub-Province of Probolinggo. Determination of area for this research is done intentionally (purposive). Determination of sample done at random modestly (sampling random simple) where this random sample is taken at random and all same assumed existing subject. taken data represent primary data and data of sekunder. Primary data obtained is direct the than data and farmer of sekunder come from related/relevant institute and contained bibliography [at] bibliography. this Research method is quantitative descriptive, for cost analysis to use formula of TC = FC + VC, acceptance use formula of TR=P . Q, earnings use formula = TR-TC, and to analyses efficiency use formula of R / Ratio=Tr / tc. Earnings is difference between obtained acceptance farmer of carrot and production total cost by farmer. Flattens earnings of farmer of carrot in Countryside of Ngadisari equal to Rp 23.553.064 per hectare, with earnings equal to that obtained by R / ratio c flatten - flatten per hectare 1,97 and to strengthen carrot efficiency value hence it is important to know assess count equal to 1,5 > t of tables of equal to 1,3, with the meaning that carrot in Countryside of Ngadisari District Of Sukapura Sub-Province of Probolinggo Efficient to be laboured.
