- The purposes of this research are : (1) to analyze income level of poor household ; (2) to analyze the amount of food consumption and non-food consumption of poor household; (3) to analyze consumption patterns of poor household; and (4) to analyze level of energy consumption of poor households in Napis village, Tambakrejo Sub-District, Bojonegoro Regency. Research have done in Napis village, Tambakrejo Sub-District, Bojonegoro Regency which used simple random sampling method. The reason for selection research location becase Napis Village is one of Village in Tambakrejo Sub-district Bojonegoro Regency with the biggest number of poor househols. The number of samples was taken 50 poor households which used interview guides that contains related questionnaire food consumption and non-food consumption. Data analysis in this research used quantitative descriptive analysis. Research result shows that income level of poor households in Napis village still low. The income average of poor households in the Napis village Rp. 478.100,00. Most of their main jobs is at agricultural sector and a few are work at the outside agricultural sector. Most of poor household’s income are allocated to food consumption, that is 83,73 % while for non- food consumption is 16,27%. This fact show that household is in food insecurity. Food consumption patterns of poor households in Napis village show that most of food consumption expenditure is for consumption of staple foods or carbohydrates, that is 33,38% of the total expenditure for food consumption. The number of poor households energy consumption in Napis village is 1.142,68 calories / capita / day. This amount is less than the standards set by the Central Bureau of Statistics.
