- Perusahaan Daerah Perkebunan Kabupaten Jember is a county owned company headquartered in Jember. It plants, processes and markets the three of the most profitable commodities the county?s soil has to offer: coffee, rubber and cocoa. Trend Analysis is used in this research to find out the productivity of the company producing those three kinds of crop on yearly basis. The result is then being made an input of managerial dissection as to why PDP at one time was able to reach a high point in production; and also why a low point or a drop-off of production was experienced. The trend for coffee for period from 2004 to 2008 is a downward slope with a value of 0,29%. The trend for rubber is an upward slope with a value of 0,98%. The trend for cocoa is a downward slope with a value of 15,78%.
