This study aims to analyze the influence of the Net Profit Margin(NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), Earnings per Share(EPS), and Price Earning Ratio(PER) of shares in the company to Return Food and Beverage period of 2007-2011. The population in this study is a company engaged in the field of Food and Beverage period 2007-2011 a total of 14 companies, while samples obtainedonly9 companies. The sampling method is done by using purposive sampling. Methods of testing performed in this study using multiple regression analysis, hypothesis testing is the determinant coefficient, F-test, and t test. The results of this study indicate that simultaneous concluded that the Net Profit Margin (NPM), Return on Assets (ROA), Earnings per Share (EPS), and Price Earning Ratio (PER) significant effect on stock return. While partially Net Profit Margin (NPM), Earnings per Share (EPS), and Price Earning Ratio (PER) Return a significant effect on the stock, but the Return on Assets (ROA) Return no significant effect on the stock.
