- The purpose of the research was to describe the financial performance, profit growth as well as finding empirical evidence of influence the financial performance of the company's profit growth Property and Real Estate were listed on the Indonesia stock exchange. The population used in this research is the company's Property and Real Estate were listed on the Indonesia stock exchange, with a period of research in 2009-2012 as many as 44 companies, while the object of research, which provided the company with 11 using the method of purposive sampling. Data analysis using a classic assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and the hypothesis test (the coefficient of determination and F test). The results of this research indicate simultaneously financial performance as measured by the ratio of the financial impact of significant profit growth with the level of significance of 0.000 < 0.05. Financial ratios are used in research is the current ratio, debt ratio, debt to equity ratio, inventory turnover, total asset turnover, net profit margin and return on equity.
