Research target is to analyses internal operation systems and effectiveness internal operation system of credit gift at employees co-operation of PT PINDAD (Persero). Research method uses the descriptive analyses method by using study case approach. Result of research indicate that for the organization structure said good there no duty geminating, for the system and the procedure and cannot said good because numbering system still manual. For the healthy practice, inspection conducted with the notification beforehand, for the employees of capable can be told good enough. From the research result can be taken conclusion that for the system of internal control of unit of credit gift still modestly.
