  • The purpose of this study is 1) To determine the performance of cooperatives in terms of the financial aspects of the Indonesian Civil Servants Cooperative UB. 2) To determine the performance of cooperatives in terms of non-financial aspects of the Indonesian Civil Servants Cooperative UB. 3) To determine the relationship or the relationship between financial and non-financial performance of the Indonesian Civil Servants Cooperative UB Based on the research and discussion that has been done, it can be concluded that the performance of the cooperative in terms of the financial aspects of the Indonesian Civil Servants Cooperative Brawijaya University in Malang, it is known that the ratio of capital into the category of no good, productive quality ratio in either category, enter the efficiency ratio both categories, liquidity is not good and not good independence and growth. Cooperative performance in terms of non-financial aspects of the official cooperation of the Republic of Indonesia coming Universitas Brawijaya include customer perspective, internal business, learning and growth and absenteeism in either category. Suggestions can be submitted in this research that cooperative management is expected to always strive to conduct cooperative resource management by managing their own capital owned so as to provide support for its efforts to maximize the SHU are given to members of the cooperative. The cooperative is expected to maximize the use of fixed assets that can be used to support the operational activities of the company. In an effort to maintain the liquidity of the cooperative cooperatives are always trying to take advantage of cash held in order to provide security in the short term needs of the cooperative. Cooperative management always supervise the use of self-owned capital in order to provide maximum support in cooperative efforts to achieve goals.
