- The purpose of the research was to analyze the difference in return shares before and after the announcement of right issue at the company that went public on the Indonesia stock exchange. The analysis tools used are Spss16 whereas for calculating return stock using excel 2007. A benchmark to see a significant difference or not is to test different significance level 0.05 T. Results of the analysis of the test or test different from T the absence of significant differences in stock returns before and after the announcement of rights issue. These results support research conducted by Wijaksono (2007).
