- Small and Medium Micro Bussiness has an important role in the structure of national economy. The high market demand must be balanced by the enabling capital so that in obtaining the loan capital from bank must attach financial report which is organizing neatly, informatively, and can be accountable. The problem that faced by CV. Kajeye is financial report presented the less informative, therefore this study aimed to find out the present of financial report that arranged by CV. Kajeye food, to know the application financial report system that presented by CV. Kajeye food. This study was conducted on CV. Kajeye Food Small Medium CV. Kajeye Food on Polowijen II number 359 Blimbing, Malang. This study held in October 2012 till April 2013. The results of this study were found some kinds of transactions that have been conducted by the CV. Kajeye Food. The transactions were the purchasing of raw materials, the marketing of commercial goods, the payment of employee salary, the purchasing of machine production, the payment of electricity, water, telephone, and the expending the payment of administration. The fact, the presenting of financial report was not capable to give informative and systematic data. The result of the applying accountancy system in CV. Kajeye Food showed the vivid way that every report showed the different function for taking decision, because the data that produced is systematic and informative.
