- This research represent descriptive research which done/conducted in On Duty Earning Of Area Sub-Province of Blitar with title : "Analysis Contribution Retribution To Make-Up Of Earning of Genuiness Area in Sub-Province of Blitar” Target of this research is ti know how big contribution acceptance of retribution to make-up of Earnings of Genuiness Area in Sub-Province of Blitar. In this research use descriptive data analysis with aim to know how big retribution contribution perannum, with formula : acceptance of year retribution which is pertinent to be lessened by accetance of previous year retribution of x 100%. Pursuant to result of analysis known that acceptance of year retribution 2009 aqual Rp. 12.762.517.889,00, year 2010 equal to Rp. 13.875.030.769,00, and year 2011 equal to Rp. 13.400.080.473,00. Acceptance of PAD year 2009 equal to Rp. 58.268.283.130,58, year 2010 equal to Rp. 63.888.553.129,00. And year 2011 equal to Rp. 76.131.721.316,19. While precentage of retribution contribution to PAD year 2009 equal 21,9%, year 2010 equal 21,7%, and year 2011 equal to 17,6%. Matter this mean that natural retribution contribution of degradation from year to year. Matte this means that growth of natural PAD in Sub-Province of Blitar of degradation 3 last year. From result of analysis can be concluded that retribution can give contribution to PAD. Never the less PAD do not only influenced by just retribution, but influenced the source of PAD the other. Pursuant to conclusion above writer suggest that local Government better also have to consider potency from source of PAD the other.
