- Purpose of the study was to analyze, evaluate and assess the internal control system used in the hotel and restaurant tax collection in Kabupaten Malang its effectiveness. Descriptive research, the data used qualitative data and quantitative data. Analysis tool used is the ratio of contribution. The conclusion from this study is that the voting system of the hotel and restaurant tax collection in Kabupaten Malang been done properly accordance Peraturan Kabupaten Malang Tahun 2012.
