- Bank soundness is an important thing for banks. Earnings growth is determined by the performance and health of the bank. If the health and performance of the bank, there will be good growth in earnings. The purpose of this study was to analyze the influence of the financial performance of the company's profit growth in banking in Indonesia. Analysis tool used is multiple linear regression and by using the F test and t test. Benchmark to determine that the level of the bank's financial performance affects the profit growth is if the probability value <0.05. T test analysis results are CAR 0.644 probability value; NPL 0.798; ROA 0.039; ROA 0.013; LDR 0,009 so variable ROA, ROA and LDR partially significant effect on earnings growth variable, while the variable CAR and NPL partially no effect on profit growth. Variable CAR, NPL, ROA, ROA and LDR simultaneously significant effect on earnings growth variable as evidenced by the F-test probability value of 0.008a. The conclusion from this study is that the level of the bank's financial performance affects the profit growth simultaneously.
