- The purpose of this study was to describe the practice of CIR disclosure and to examine the influence of CIR practice to stock trading frequency in manufacturing companies in Indonesia Stock Exchanges. The population in this study is a listed company on the Indonesia Stock Exchanges on 2012. The samples in this study were 33 manufacturing companies. Simple regression was used to determine the effect of CIR practice to frequency stock trading. The results of this study based on content analysis there are 5 measurements item of CIR disclosure. Basics profile, News, Operational Items, Financial Information and Stock Information. And the most item showed in a manufacturing companies is Financial Information. Besides, the results of hypothesis showed that CIR practice effect to frequency stock trading.
