This research aimed to measure the efficiency of the production function PT Panjimas Textile and measure the effectiveness of the production function in PT Panjimas Textile with procedures contained in the audit function of production management. The analysis used in this research include the inspection on production planning, quality control, productivity and efficiency, methods and working standards, facilities and production equipment control, effectiveness and cost of production. The conclusion of this study is overall the company has done business activities effectively and efficiently as evidenced by the production planning according to the engine capacity in producing goods, the level of labor productivity is high and the standard of raw material used for the production process has reached an efficient level and the level of the success of the company is to achieve its objectives seen from the results generated in accordance with the production budget has been set by the company during the year 2012. As for the suggestion that the authors provide in accordance with the results of the analysis on the Management Audit function PT Panjimas Textile production, is expected to always maintain a level of effectiveness and efficiency of the production activities are carried out, both with production planning and control application of good quality in order to meet customer needs and can with good quality control.
