- The research objective was to describe the financial performance of revenues and expenditures during the period of Sidoarjo regency from 2007 to 2011. Analysis tool used is the ratio of contributions, the ratio of local independence, effectiveness ratio, the ratio of harmony, efficiency ratio, share analysis, the ratio of growth. After calculation then be discussed based on the results of these calculations. The analysis showed that local tax contribution continues to increase. Highest level of independence for the region in 2011 was 24.15%. Achieve the highest level of effectiveness gained 114.76% in 2010. The ratio indicates the extent of harmony allocated budget for the operation and the lower the allocation for capital expenditure. For the lowest efficiency ratio in 2011 was 90.01%. Analysis showed a high proportion of revenue share on revenue transfers. Growth rate PAD shows an ever growing and operating expenditures continued to increase while capital expenditure has decreased.
