Basically, the purpose of financial performance analysis is to determine the performance achieved is illustrated through the company financial statements and the company's stock price. Stock price of a company shows the company's value statement. Stock price can be regarded as indicators of corporate governance because it can create market power arising from trading company shares in the stock market. Transactions that occur based on the observations of investors to the company's achievements in making a profit or rate of return (return). This research aimed to determine the effect either simultaneously or partially of Earning Per Share (EPS), Return on Equity (ROE), Return on Assets (ROA) on stock returns companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The study was conducted during the period 2009-2011 to obtain a fairly representative sample. By using multiple linear regression analysis, the results of simultaneous testing failed to find evidence of a significant effect of EPS, ROE, and ROA on stock returns. Partial test results showed no significant effect of EPS, ROE, and ROA on stock returns.
