The research objective was to analyze implementation of accountability and Transparency to Manage Fund Help Operational Health in the Puskesmas kendalsari of Malang city. The study consisted of accountability variable in based on administration arrangement method in technical instruction BOK and transparency variable in based on Krina (2003) adjust with technical instruction BOK from health ministry 2011. This research method used content analysis to determine component indicator of accountability in technical method BOK until get five indicator, while transparency get four indicator. From this research refer that the five indicator of accountability was fulfilled and get result 90% which it prove that fund BOK manage in the Puskesmas Kendalsari of Malang City period January Â– November 2012 said accountable because it fulfilled fourth interval that was 76% - 100%. Beside of it, found one indicator transparency not fulfilled the four indicator. The result of indicator transparency 43,5% and prove act of expressing fund BOK manage in the Puskesmas Kendalsari of Malang City period January–November 2012 said less transparency because only fulfilled second interval that was 26%-50%.
