The propose research is to evaluation internal control at giving credit unit at Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Letjen Sutoyo Malang. The research method use descriptive analysis method, the propose is to help finish up the problems in Bank Rakyat Indonesia Unit Letjen Sutoyo correspond with internal control system at giving credit unit. The research result show that for organization structure in each position occupied in one employee so nothing function double. For system and procedure not to be considered fast and save but can to be considered cheap. For healthy practice, not to do surprised audit, for skilled employees can to be considered can’t finish that job with on time. From that research result can pulled conclusion that for internal control system at giving credit unit still have some a weakness.
