  • The formation of stock prices is due to supply and demand for these shares. Rise and fall of stock prices are influenced by many factors. Among them is the dividend payout ratio, earnings per share, and price to book value. This study aims to empirically examine the effect of dividend payout ratio (DPR), earnings per share (EPS) and price to book value (PBV) to changes in stock price manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2009-2010 period, either partially and simultaneously. The analytical tool used in this study is multiple linear regression with respect to normality test and the classical assumption test multicollinearity, heteroscedasticity, and autocorrelation. From the analysis it can be seen that the variable DPR, EPS, and PBV no effect on the stock price changes, either partially or simultaneously. This is because investors in Indonesia do not see the changes in stock prices from the financial aspect, but from the non-financial aspects of the company. In a test of determination indicates that the ability of independent variables to explain the dependent variable rate of 8.3% while the rest is explained in another variable that is not explained in the research model.
