- The type of this research is absolative research because examied an influence of independend variable to dependend variable with the hypothesis testing down. With the title “The Influence of Funding Policy and Dividend to The Change of Share Price Funding and Share Trading Volume At Indonesian Capital Market Directory”. The aim of this research is to know an influence funding policy. That to notationed by debt to equity ratio and dividend (dividend yield). The change of share value as proksi with abnormal return and share trading volume or trading volume activity. The result of research establish that first used a simultan and in a partial, funding policy and dividend type did not have a significant positive influence to the shange of share price. On the second model, use a simultan type a funding policy and dividend have a significant positive influence to the share trading volume. While use a partial type only a funding policy or debt to equity ratio which have a significant influence and positive value to the share trading volume. For a dividend yield did not have a positive significant influence to the share trading volume. Keyword: Funding Policy, Dividen Yield, TVA
