- The purpose of this study is to review whether internal controlling system on productive ZIS processing is effective and efficient. In analyzing data, this study uses documentation method. This documentation technique used by the researcher to analyze internal controlling system function of controlling productive ZIS in BMA branch Malang. Controlling productive ZIS in BMA is generally effective. It can be seen from the sorting of accountability, authorization system and clear authority, the use of numbering document, conducted evaluation and ZIS program. By the condition, it can avoid or reduce the potency of deviation. Yet, it still need improvement on organization structure that is not suitable with the tasks and authority.
