- The purpose of the research was to examine the influence of financial leverage to the stock prices at manufacturing companies listed on the BEI. Research data using secondary data in the form of income statement and closing stock prices, while the sample is determined by non-probability purposive sampling. Analysis tool used is a simple regression, whereas when using the partial regression test (T-test). Where to financial leverage measured by the percentage change in EBIT percentage change against EPS, while using the stock price year end closing stock prices. The result of partial regression (T-test) analysis shows that significant financial leverage has no effect on stock prices.
