The method used in this study is to describe the associative relationship between two variables. Population and sample are telecommunications companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Data and data sources used are secondary data, namely in the form of financial statements in the period 2006-2011. Independent variables in this research that the PER (Price Earning Ratio), EPS (Earning Per Share), OPM (Operating Profit Margin), dan PBV (Price Book Value) as well as the stock price as the dependent variable. Method of data collection is the documentation of the Indonesia Stock Exchange. Techniques of data analysis and hypothesis testing of regression testing.
Test result based on the F test showed that simultaneous fundamental factors, namely PER, EPS, OPM, and PBV have a significant effect on stock prices.
