The ability to compete based on the Financial condition that seen on Financial statement of its Bank. Financial ratio is the analyzing stuff wear to describe how the financial condition it is. This research purpose to prove about Financial performances and to show difference of two Mandiri Bank & Islamic Mandiri Bank from 2006 through 2010. Type of research is description which calculate the financial performances with CAMEL Method ratio. Data research is secondary data such as financial statement of this two Bank Mandiri & Islamic Mandiri on 2006 through 2010. Collecting data with documentary techniques. The results had some conclusion that Financial performance that calculate with CAMEL ratio on mandiri Bank start 2006 through 2010 office in good condition, while Islamic Mandiri Bank on 2006 through 2007 basically on good condition too but the comparison of these two banks with CAMEL Method Mandiri Bank still got better conditions than Islamic mandiri bank.
